Feel Records Kyoto Hanare is pleased to announce the sixth installment of its seasonal analog DJ event, “DJ de Night?”. As the final edition of the year, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about vinyl to join us in closing 2025 with a night of music, connection, and analog sound.
This event welcomes DJs of all skill levels and musical backgrounds. Whether you are performing publicly for the first time, returning to the booth after a hiatus, or simply looking to share your favorite records in a relaxed and supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
About the Event
“DJ de Night?” is a community-centered event designed to foster a shared appreciation for vinyl culture. It offers an intimate setting where people can come together through the simple joy of playing and listening to records. The atmosphere is warm, inclusive, and grounded in a love for analog sound.
Earlier this year, several past participants came together at Kyoto’s iconic club METRO for our anniversary event, “METRO de Night?”, held in celebration of Kyoto Hanare’s first year. The night was a testament to the community that has formed through “DJ de Night?”, with DJs and attendees united through music and vinyl.
Exclusive Gift for Performers
As a token of appreciation, all selected performers will receive a limited-edition JICO 44-7DJ stylus, custom-engraved with their DJ name. This personalized stylus, featuring JICO’s renowned quality and craftsmanship, is a unique memento available only to participants of “DJ de Night?”.

How to Apply
Please visit the Contact page on the Feel Records website and submit the following information:
- Full Name
- Age
- Email Address
- Instagram and/or Facebook account name
- DJ experience and your music genre(s)
Performer Selection & Notification
Performers will be selected with attention to genre balance and overall program flow. You’ll be notified via email within 3 business days after the entry deadline. Please note that notification dates may shift slightly depending on the number of applications.
Participation Gift
Each selected performer will receive a JICO-made “44-7DJ” stylus with their DJ name engraved on it.
Note: There is a character limit for engraving. Please do not resell the stylus.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Submit entry through the official method outlined above
- Follow the official Feel Records accounts on Instagram and/or Facebook
- Be able to DJ using vinyl records only (no digital setups)
- Consent to the use of event photos and videos on SNS, YouTube, or the Feel Records website
Sticker Distribution: Supporting Analog Culture
To help broaden awareness of “DJ de Night?”, we have produced original stickers featuring the event’s mascot, “Donai Girl.” We are currently seeking record shops and other retailers willing to help distribute these materials. If your establishment is interested in supporting this initiative, please contact us through our website.
